Have a Say: Help Us Interview Firefighter/EMT Candidates!
The Madison Fire Department seeks community members to serve on our upcoming Firefighter/EMT interview panels. It’s our way of giving voice to the community as we seek the best possible individuals to serve our city as a member of the fire department.
As a community member on our interview panel, you will be paired with a chief officer and a member of Fire Fighters Local 311 (an active-duty firefighter/EMT or firefighter/paramedic).
Interviews take place August 1, 2, 3, and 4, 2023 from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center. Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments will be provided daily.
For process consistency, we prefer that community members join us all four days; however, we may be able to work with you to accommodate schedule conflicts.
