New Classes Added: Free Community CPR

mannequins lined up on a table for CPR trainingIn response to high demand, the Madison Fire Department announces additional Community CPR classes in May and June. Register by clicking on the events below:

Each class is 90 minutes long. People ages 12 and older are invited to register. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

This class will teach you the key elements of chest compressions (location, rate, depth, and recoil). The class will also cover the placement and operation of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

This is a non-certification course. Find a certified CPR course near you .

Cardiac arrest survival rates in Dane County are among the nation’s best! By educating our community, and with your help, we aim to increase survival rates even more!
