Applicants/Developer should complete the Developer Agreement process with the following list of resources:

Development Services: Before the Engineering Division developer agreement process begins, interested applicants/developers can visit the City of Madison Planning Division Development Services Center Website to get the process started.
Appendix A: Developers are required to submit survey data in a specific format that is detailed in the Appendix A.

Affirmative Action Plan Toolkit: Your development entity (even if it is a single purpose LLC) must have an approved Affirmative Action Plan within 30 days after your contract with the City of Madison is approved. The toolkit document PDF and City's Affirmative Action website have resources to complete this part of the process.
