Construction on this project is now complete.

Project Description

This project will reconstruct Elizabeth Street from N Ingersoll St. to N Few St. and N Ingersoll Street from Sherman Ave. to E Gorham St. Work will include removal and replacement of deteriorating roadway pavement and curb and gutter, improvement of street drainage, and replacement of aging utility infrastructure for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main.

Project Schedule

Construction is expected to begin around April 6, 2020 and is expected to last approximately 3 months.

Public Information Meetings

Public Information Meeting No. 1 was held Nov. 26, 2018.

On Jan. 23, 2019, the Transportation Committee approved the proposed geometry changes to N. Ingersoll Street to include a contraflow bike lane. Plans for this modification can be found below:
