Dispatch hallways will be closed soon due to remodeling. Starting Monday, February 28, drivers will need to check in at the old money room (inside door #4).

Highlights

• Driver check-in will be at the new window in the old money room. (Just inside door #4)
• Driver mailboxes will be outside the old money room
• Driver weekly pick will remain in current spot
• Rotation and single day postings will be outside old money room.
• Extra board will be outside old money room
• Detour postings will be outside the old money room
• Driver’s union board will be outside old money room
• Vending machines have been moved to the engine shop.
• Job postings have been moved to hallway by 2 hoist/dispatch double doors.
• Employees will need to enter the building through the garage by the new check-in (old money room inside door #4) or engine shop keypad door.
• Driver check-in license scanners will move to the old money room, eliminating most traffic to dispatch.
• The restrooms by dispatch will remain open for now.
• Access to the upstairs employee lounge will also remain open for now.
• For safety reasons, we need to limit foot traffic through the shop by non-shop employees. There will be a fenced walkway along 2 hoist through the new hoist areas to walk between the parking garage and current dispatch/elevator. Employees need to walk on the designated walk path. This walkway will move to the 5 hoist area in April.
