Request Community Service

If you cannot pay, you can request to do community service instead of paying. The judge must approve your community service request. You will need to do your community service at a non-profit in Madison, Wisconsin, unless the judge approves it before you serve.

To request community service, please fill out the Request Community Service form. Return the form to the court office in one of the following ways:
