City Insurance Certificates

The City of Madison is insured with Wisconsin Municipal Mutual Insurance Company for its main Liability coverages.

• City’s Liability Insurance Certificate
• Terms and Conditions, WMMIC - Wisconsin Municipal Mutual Insurance Company will not add other entities to our insurance policy as additional insureds.

For Workers Compensation, the City of Madison is insured with Safety National Casualty Company.

Contractors/Permittees/Vendors/Lessees

For the most part, all of the City’s contracts, permits, licensees, and leases require some form of insurance. The City’s preferred option for receiving evidence of the insurance required in these agreements is through the completion of the City’s insurance certificate form.
