State law prohibits absentee voting in the City Clerk’s Office this weekend, but voter registration will be available in the Clerk’s Office from 9 a.m. to noon this Saturday.
 
All voter registrations must be accompanied by proof of address—one of the following documents showing the voter’s current name and current address:
 

  • Utility bill issued in the last 90 days
  • Bank or credit union statement
  • Wisconsin driver license/ID
  • Government document
  • Government check
  • Paycheck
  • Residential Lease

The Madison City Clerk’s Office will be open next Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for voter registration and absentee voting.  Photo ID is not required to vote in the November election.

 Voter registration is also available at the polls on Election Day.  To find your polling place, visit www.cityofmadison.com/WhereDoIVote.
