No recycling fee sticker sales will be available. Hours will be limited.

On Monday, June 22, 2020, the Streets Division offices at 4602 Sycamore Ave. and 1501 W. Badger Rd will open for customer service questions only.

Recycling fee sticker sales will not be available at Streets Division offices when the offices re-open on June 22. Additional information about how to purchase a recycling fee sticker can be found later in this release.

Streets Division offices for walk-in questions will only be open from 7:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Residents may still call the offices until 4:00pm Monday to Friday to have their questions answered.

Only one person will be allowed into the small customer service area at a time. Please follow the signs and the guidance of staff for safe entry and exit from the facility.

Face coverings are recommended for all visitors to the Streets Division offices. And please remember to follow appropriate social distancing guidelines.

How to Purchase a Recycling Fee Sticker
Residents will not be able to purchase recycling fee stickers at the Streets Division offices when they reopen on June 22, 2020.

Stickers can only be purchased online, by phone, or by mail. After a successful purchase, the stickers will be mailed. Residents should allow at least one week for delivery.

Stickers can be purchased the following ways:

  • By phone:
    • Provide credit card info over the phone, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
    • Streets East: (608) 246-4532 - Services residents east of S. Park Street, including the isthmus
    • Streets West: (608) 266-4681 - Services residents west of S. Park Street
    • Sticker is mailed after purchase.
  • By mail:
    • Mail check for the sticker purchase along with a note explaining the purchase to
