Starting Tuesday, September 4, Charter St. becomes one-way southbound between Linden Dr. and University Ave. Northbound travel will not be allowed from University Ave to Linden Dr.

AM westbound Routes 28, 38, 44 and PM westbound Route 11 will not be able to serve Linden Dr. between Charter St and Babcock Dr. Buses will detour via University Ave. to Babcock Dr., resuming regular routes on Linden Dr. at Babock Dr.
