Dut to rain this past week, this closure has been extended through Friday, May 17.

The Southwest Commuter Path will be closed between Commonwealth Avenue and South Breese Terrace from May 6-10, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for MG&E to work on power poles.

A marked detour will be in place during the closure. Most of the detour will be on residential streets. However, the eastbound detour will use a section of Regent St and the westbound detour will use a section of Monroe St. On those sections, a travel lane will be marked exclusively for bicyclist use.
