Starting Monday, May 16, South Blair Street will be fully closed at all times--including the morning rush hour.  

Starting today, May 11, additional westbound Williamson Street lanes (two left-turn only lanes and one thru lane) have opened as construction activities move out of the Williamson/Wilson/John Nolen intersection.
