Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, East Washington Avenue will be fully closed to both directions of traffic between Blair Street and Webster Street for asphalt resurfacing.  The street will reopen by 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Milling off the existing surface layer of asphalt, in preparation of the resurfacing, will take place on Friday, September 22, while maintaining one lane of traffic in each direction.
