Starting Tuesday, November 13, Route 4 buses return to regular service on Oak St. between East Washington Ave. and Commercial Ave.

Northbound Route 4 buses will use Fifth St. between Winnebago St. and E. Washington Ave.

Southbound Route 4 buses will continue to use Fourth St.
Temporary bus stops will continue to be provided along E. Washington Ave.

This detour is expected to last through November.
