On Monday, May 5th, 2008, City Engineering along with Speedway Sand and Gravel will begin reconstructing Monroe Street and Randall Avenue between the following locations:

1. Monroe Street
• Regent Street to Randall Avenue, including repaving the intersection of Regent and Monroe.

2. Randall Avenue
• Dayton Street to Monroe Street including the intersection of Randall and Monroe.

Monroe Street between Regent and Randall will operate as a one-way street in the northeast bound direction for the duration of the project. The project is expected to last until early August. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays during this project.
