Proposed Increase to Unlimited Ride Pass Rate

On Wednesday, December 10, Metro Transit and the City of Madison Transit and Parking Commission (TPC) will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM to discuss a proposed increase to the unlimited ride pass rate from $1.15 per ride to $1.20.
 
The proposed increase would affect the following pass programs: UW Employees, UW Hospital Employees, UW ASM Students, Madison College, Edgewood College, Dane County employees, City of Madison employees, St. Mary's and Meriter.
 
Other possible fare increases may be discussed at this public hearing.
 
Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to give feedback. Consideration will be given to views and comments expressed at the public hearing as well as to all written comments received. Comments can be submitted at mymetrobus.com/feedback.
