Tenney, Elver and Vilas Parks ice rinks will open on Sunday morning at 11a.m. The scheduled hours are 11a.m. - 9:30p.m. But it is very likely that the ice rinks will close early this afternoon due to warm weather and deteroriating ice conditions.
