All State Street cross streets will close to vehicular traffic at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 31st for the annual Freakfest event.  Streets will be closed until approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 1st. 

Event gates will be open from 7:00 p.m. until the first 1:30 a.m. (clocks are changed from 2:00 a.m. back to 1:00 a.m. due to Daylight Saving Time ending).
