Terra Engineering will have an emergency traffic lane closure this afternoon on the median, outbound traffic lane of East Washington Avenue between Livingston Street and Brearly Street due to problems with completing a sewer lining project.   The lane is currently closed and will need to remain closed through the afternoon peak hour traffic period in order to avoid damage to the sanitary sewer.

Heavy traffic delays are expected for outbound East Washington Avenue this afternoon.  Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
