Beginning Thursday, November 10th, Terra Engineering and Construction will set up sanitary sewer bypass pipes down the centerline of East Mifflin Street from North Livingston Street to North Ingersoll Street in order to line the existing underground sanitary sewer.  All parking will be removed from East Mifflin Street to allow room for the bypass pipe and two directions of traffic.

The project is expected to last until approximately November 30th.

This is the second phase of the sanitary sewer lining project that also has a bypass pipe on East Main Street from South Blair Street to South Ingersoll Street.  That pipe is also expected to be removed around November 30th.

Traffic will be able to cross the bypass sewer line, which will be on the surface of the street; however, left turns will be restricted across the bypass sewer line.
