On Thursday, November 17th, AT&T will close eastbound traffic on East Mifflin Street at North Livingston Street in order to access a utility manhole.  The closure will occur during the off-peak traffic hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.   

Through traffic on North Livingston Street will not be affected. 

Bicycle traffic will not be affected.
