During the week beginning Monday, January 13, 2014, JH Findorff and their subcontractors  will erecting two tower cranes on the Hub development site at 441 North Frances Street.
 
This will require closing through-traffic in the 400 block of West Gilman Street between University Avenue and State Street from Monday, January 13th through Wednesday, January 15th.  Traffic will be restricted on the 400 block of North Frances Street from Wednesday, January 15th through Friday, January 17th. 
 
During the closure on West Gilman Street, two-way traffic from North Broom Street to residences and businesses on the east end of the 400 block of West Gilman Street will be permitted.  
 
Local vehicle access to residences and the State Street Campus-Frances Parking Garage on the 400 block of North Frances Street will be maintained at all times during these street closures.  
 
Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on West Gilman Street and North Frances Street, and to all residences and businesses at all times during this street closure. 
 
Motorists and bicyclists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays during this closure.
