Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23rd, road work will begin at 510 University Avenue to install sanitary, water, and electrical services to The James Apartment building located at 510 University Avenue (University Avenue & Bassett Street). 
 
Three lanes of traffic will be open during peak travel times (weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.).  At all other times, the contractor will be allowed to work with two traffic lanes open.  

Bassett Street will remain open at all times. 
 
Work is expected to last until Saturday, May 14th.
