Workout with Transformation Center at The Glen
*New Date* Thursday, Sept. 7 ~ Join Erin, Trainer and Owner, from Madison’s Transformation Center on Fairway #1 at The Glen Golf Park for a fun, energizing total body workout. Bring your family and friends, as all are welcome to participate in this free session.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event. New participants must complete the Transformation Center’s online waiver and personal contact information form before the class. Register onsite.
WHAT TO EXPECT: This total body workout will last 60 (or 45) minutes. Be prepared to sweat, work hard and have fun!
WHAT TO BRING: Bottled water, outdoor tennis shoes, an exercise mat, and hand-held weights if you have them.
