Join women artists, friends, and neighbors at the Maiahaus staging area, when we take to the streets in downtown Madison (university campus) in an act of  “craftivism!”

Participants will help with a fun (and legal!) night-raid installation of artwork created at the yarn-bomb maker days. Our “I Vote Because…” messages will be installed on light poles and trees around the Capitol. Commissioned by the Madison Arts Commission for BLINK and Created in conjunction with The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and Art + Literature Laboratory the installation is designed to capture the attention of potential voters and amplify the message that every vote matters in this November election.
