The City of Madison, Wisconsin DNR, and several stakeholders have initiated a planning process for Warner Lagoon.  This planning process will discuss ways to improve the lagoon as a natural feature and community resource.

The planning process is for the lagoon only; it is NOT for the entire park.

Phase 1 of the process is to define and prioritize realistic objectives for the lagoon.  This is the purpose of this public meeting.

Phase 2 will be to generate a master plan that defines realistic projects that will help achieve the objectives.  This document will be used to implement future projects when resources become available.
