Research is telling us that we need to keep moving and socializing if you want to have a long healthy life. You can do both when you join us for a walk up to and around the capital square. Walk at your own pace, wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle. Meet outside the Senior Center by the red bench, and be ready to leave at 8:45 am. We will not meet on June 19.
