Project Description
In 2019 the Parks Division purchased the properties at 330 and 342 E. Lakeside Street for the expansion of Olin Park. The acquisitions included a 43,000 sf. mid-century era office building near the Lake Monona shore. Due to the quality of the building's construction and a central location within the city, it was identified as a re-use opportunity. With a growing shortage of downtown office space for City agencies, the Parks Division plans to relocate the majority of its downtown services and offices to the facility.
