Every month the gallery at the Madison Senior Center features a different artist or group of artists who are local and age 55 or older.  February's featured artists are the Madison Contemporary Artists and their show is titled Improvisations.

This is a group of diverse artists who share a passion for creating original art from fiber.  The group fosters the growth of members by providing a forum for exploring contemporary design and fiber manipulation techniques, critiquing work and stimulating creative energy. Artists' work currently includes art quilts, surface design, beading, paper making, hand embroidery, weaving, contemporary dolls, wearable art, felting, and mixed fiber media.  MCFA members are dedicated to promoting fiber as an art form and exhibit individually and collectively.
