What do February, American Heart Health Month, and Lori Hackman, a former web designer living in Sun Prairie, have in common? They both want to improve your heart health! Committed to doing so in a very tasty, yet practical manner, Ms. Hackman shares her knowledge gained through researching and managing her store, The Oilerie, in Sun Prairie. She has 16 flavors of olive oil, five flavors of nut seed oil and eight types of balsamic vinegar.

The Oilerie is a franchise founded by Curt and Amy Jo Campbell in Fish Creek, Wisconsin in 2003. The Campbell's appeared on ABC's Shark Tank in 2014. They were turned down by the investors, but the international exposure was invaluable. Hackman's Oilerie in Sun Prairie was the 8th franchise in the United States and the 4th in Wisconsin.
