In celebration of National Senior Center Month’s theme Experts at Living Well, we have expanded our variety of resources to help you become an “expert.”  Stop by to learn all about living well—our resources span the spectrum! Financial options, retirement planning, healthy eating and exercise—the Senior Center’s Health and Resource Fair offers it all. Take advantage of our diverse FREE health screenings including Blood Glucose, Pulse Oximetry, Bone Density, Ear and Hearing Screenings, Balance & Strength Testing and Eye Pressure Tests, just to name a few.
