Start out the weekend with an energizing cardio class that will get the blood pumping. This class is for you if you can move around freely without assistance, and would enjoy a class that recreates the dance moves to songs you love at an easily modified intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Cardio Dance will not meet for the rest of December, but will resume January 6, 2023.
