Hidden Trail Tour with Bev Cann ~ Join Master Naturalist Bev Cann to discover some of the less well-known hiking paths at Turville Point Conservation Park past the central prairie loop.  We will explore beautiful nature trails along the Lake Monona shoreline and Monona Bay offering fairly easy hiking with a few up and downhill sections.  Along the way, we will look for autumn leaves, fall birds, owls in the pines, waterfowl on the bay, squirrels gathering nuts and signs of beaver activity.  Fall and winter outings may include a campfire and hot chocolate.

Follow rolling hiking paths through the Turville Point Conservation Park woodlands and prairie with beautiful vistas of Lake Monona and Monona Bay. Walks at Turville Point held on the 2nd Sunday every month are co-sponsored by Madison Bird City FUN partners, Madison Parks, Friends of Olin Turville and Madison Audubon Society. Meet at the Turville Point parking lot, entrance at the E. Olin Ave. stoplight from John Nolen Drive at the railroad tracks, south of Olin Park (not at the boat launch). No registration required. No pets are allowed.
