Join Madison Senior Center leaders and staff for a continental breakfast on Thursday, April 9 from 9-10:30 am. Hear from Dr. Robert McGrath, Distinguished Psychologist of the UW-Madison, as he reviews ten ways to improve health, happiness and overall well-being in his presentation, Thriving: Pursuit of Health and Happiness. He is the Coordinator of the UW Mind-Body Wellness Services which specializes in Health and Positive Psychology, Stress and Sleep Management, and Meditation. Director Christine Beatty premieres the 2014 Senior Center Annual Report, with highlights of accomplishments for the Senior Center, its leaders and staff!
