The Aging Mastery Program is an evidence based program that provides older adults with a core curriculum that encourages aging mastery though “developing sustainable behaviors across many dimensions that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhance well-being, and increased societal participation.” The program is made possible with the help of an anonymous donor via the Madison Community Foundation. This will be a 5 week format, with each week consisting of two different topics. Light fare will be provided. Cost for the program is $99, which includes all class materials. Classes begin September 28th. To register by call the Madison Senior Center at 608-266-6581 or stop by to fill out the application form. Scholarships avaialabe Register early, as space is limited!
