The Madison Water Utility has been notified of a water main break in the Arbor Hills Neighborhood south of the Beltline and west of Fish Hatchery Road. Residents may be experiencing low or no water pressure for the next few hours as utility crews work to repair the main.

When water pressure is restored, if residents find that their water is discolored, they should run a cold water tap closest to the water meter, usually in a basement utility sink, for 20-30 minutes or until any discoloration clears. Discolored water may persist until the work is complete and hydrants have been flushed.
