Includes Water Bill

Madison Water Utility customers will now have the convenience of paying their bills through automatic bank withdrawals, much like they do for other types of regular bill payments.

To register for the service, customers may download the ACH (automatic clearing house) form from the utility website at www.madisonwater.org or at http://www.cityofmadison.com/water/documents/ACHFORM.pdf. The signed form can then be returned to the utility by mail or fax.

The Madison Municipal Services bill includes not only water service but also sanitary sewer, storm sewer, landfill remediation, and public fire protection charges. Bills are currently issued every six months, but after completion of the Water Utility's Project H2O meter system upgrade-due to begin in July-billing will be monthly. Customers can also go completely paperless and receive bills electronically by registering at the MyWater link on the Water Utility's webpage. All customers who sign up for a MyWater account with paperless e-billing will be automatically entered to win an iPad. Contest rules are available at www.madisonwater.org.
