Project Overview

The Stormwater Utility is proposing a project to construct a series of regional detention basins north of Mid Town Road, and east of Meadow Road. The purpose of the ponds will be to contain flood water, reducing downstream flooding and minimizing local flood impacts. As part of the project City Engineering is proposing to extend Feather Edge Road from the existing terminus to Meadow Road. The City Parks Division will also be discussing a future master planning effort for the proposed Hill Creek Park expansion.
