The latest wave of paddling, Stand Up Paddling is a cross between surfing and sit down paddling. A sport with roots in Hawaiian surfing, stand up paddle boarding is perfect for catching small waves, getting a core workout, or just hanging out on the lake. Come spend an afternoon and learn the basics of this new wave sport. Surf's up!

Services for Children with Disabilities:
Courses open to those who can perform the following:
-Maintain a safe body position while attempting skills and activities appropriate to the course.
-Hold breath while under water and, while in the water wearing a properly fitted life jacket, be able to independently turn from a face down to a face up position keeping head above water.
-Effectively communicate with instructor and other course participants.
-Manage all mobility and personal care independently or with reasonable assistance.
