Packer Community Learning Center is a privately owned and operated facility located in the Packer Townhouses at 1927 Northport Drive in Madison, which provides programming for housing residents and members of the wider community seeking education and employment opportunities. Services are provided for all ages and include: Head Start and family literacy activities for preschoolers; after-school and summer activities for K-12 youth; UW PEOPLE Prep for youth in grades 2-6; homework help assistance; computer lab with internet access, printing, and scanning; video and audio recording and editing suites; Madison College courses for adults learning English or completing a high school credential; test-preparation and college application, transition, and support services.
