The City of Madison website was taken down Thursday for unexpected maintenance. City staff became aware of vulnerability in one of the software products used to support the site. As a precautionary measure, staff took the site down to ensure the site's safety and the safety of customers.

Key areas of the site are now available at www.cityofmadison.com. Staff will continue to post informational updates regarding snow plowing and sidewalk snow removal. These updates can also be accessed via Facebook and Twitter - both of which can be found at the City site. The full site is expected to be restored by this weekend.
