Fire Department

Three people were displaced this evening after the Madison Fire Department responded to the 4900 block of Whitcomb Drive. Crews were dispatched shortly after 6:30 this evening for a report of a structure fire. Ladder 7 was the first crew to arrive on scene finding fire near a light fixture; they were able to quickly extinguish the fire with a hand line. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
