Madison, WI, Thursday, May 10, 2007 - Local participants of the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program are now being served by a single WIC agency.
The Madison and Dane County WIC central office is located at:

The Madison and Dane County WIC phone number is (608) 267-1111.
The combined Madison and Dane County WIC program will continue to provide services in locations throughout the city and county. You can get information about these locations and clinic hours by calling the main WIC number above. You can also call the above number to apply for WIC.
These changes in the WIC program are an example of the kinds of efficiencies and benefits to the public of the merger of the Madison Department of Public Health with the Dane County Division of Health.
The WIC Nutrition Program provides healthy foods and nutrition information to help keep pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants and children under five years of age healthy and strong.
