The Madison Police asks your help in locating wanted subject, Andrew A White.  White is wanted in Dane County on several domestic charges.  He is also being sought by Galesburg, Illinois Police on a warrant stemming from a robbery and a weapons offense. White was recently the victim of a shooting which occurred in their jurisdiction on 05/22/16. It is believed that in the early morning of 07/19/16, White checked himself into a local hospital in Madison with complications from his gun shot injuries.  He left the hospital against medical advice.  He may still be in the Madison area. Anyone with information should contact Madison Police at 255-2345.  Do not approach White as he may be armed.

White is described as 24 years of age, 5'11", 160 lbs with black hair and brown eyes
