Due to unforeseen circumstances, the closure of the 900 block of Drake Street will need to continue through the end of the work day on Tuesday, September 29th.
 
Utility work began Thursday, September 24th by Dane County Contracting.  The work required the closure of the 900 block of Drake Street west of S. Park Street.
 
Access will be maintained at all times to all properties on Drake Street to the west of the closure toward S. Brooks Street. 
 
On-street parking on this block will be prohibited in the closure area, but pedestrian use of the sidewalk will be maintained on the south side of the street.
