Press Conference - The Midwest's Largest Fireworks Display

On Tuesday, June 26th, 2012 at 10:00am, a press conference will be held at the Warner Park Community Recreation Center's Community Room, located at 1625 Northport Drive. The purpose of this event is to educate the community on the specifics of Rhythm & Booms 2012. Events of this magnitude have major impacts on the City of Madison and all of its residents, and this is an opportunity to streamline work processes by other involved agencies such as Parks, Traffic Engineering, Madison Metro Bus, Police, Fire, and Dane County Emergency Management to name a few. All of these agencies, and many more, have been planning internally for Rhythm & Booms over the course of this year, and last minute details are being finalized before the June 30th event date. This event has been one of the safest events in the past, and making improvements that create positive experiences for every citizen and visitors alike is paramount. It is our expectation that focusing on available feedback and successes of past events will result in a most enjoyable Rhythm & Booms 2012.
