Today the City Attorney released the report relating to the voice and data analysis of a vulgarity heard on the Zoom recording of the September 1, 2020 Common Council.  The report is inconclusive in identifying an individual who uttered the vulgarity.

The Council directed the City Attorney to retain an expert to review and analyze the available data and audio information and to provide the report to the Council.  The analysis was completed by USA Forensic LLC and it is attached along with a background memorandum from the City Attorney’s Office.

Common Council Leadership and the City Attorney’s Office have indicated they do not intend to provide further comment regarding the report.
