The City of Madison and Dane County are proposing to reconstruct Mineral Point Road (County S) and South Junction Road (County M). Reconstruction is scheduled for 2012-2014. The project limits are Mineral Point Road, from Pleasant View Road to the Beltline; and Junction Road/South Junction Road, from Isaac Drive to Valley View Road.

A pre-construction public informational meeting will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012, from 6 to 8 PM at the Wisconsin Community Bank, 8240 Mineral Point Road, Madison, WI 53719. The public is encouraged to attend.

The meeting will be conducted in an open house format, with the open house starting at 6 PM. A short presentation will be given at 6:30 PM, which will review project limits, schedule and project details. City of Madison and Dane County staff will be available before and after the presentation to answer questions, explain exhibits, and provide additional information regarding the project.
