This year, July 4th falls on a Saturday. That means that there will be no changes to the Streets Division’s refuse and recycling collection due to the Independence Day holiday.

“We will conduct regular refuse and recycling collection on Friday July 3rd as well as Monday July 6th,” Madison recycling coordinator George Dreckmann said. “Our yard waste drop off sites will also be open regular hour all weekend, including July 4th.”
