New Phase Starts Thursday, August 16 at Noon

The Mineral Point Road project will be changing phases at noon on Thursday, August 16. The intersections that have been closed to left turns and cross traffic will reopen, and a new set of intersections will be partially closed, with only right turns and through traffic on Mineral Point Rd possible. The effect on bus routes will be as follows:

Route 14 AM trips will not be able to operate southbound on Westfield Rd. between Tree Ln. and Mineral Point Rd. The bus stop on southbound Westfield Rd. at Mineral Point Rd (# 6962) will be closed.

Buses will detour via Tree Ln., Randolph Dr. and Mineral Point Rd. Passengers are directed to the stop on Tree Ln. at Westfield Rd. (# 6778) or on Mineral Point Rd. at Westfield Rd (# 6755).

Route 15 will return to regular route on the D'Onfrio Dr/High Point Rd loop, in both directions. Service will also resume on Randolph Dr. between Mineral Point Rd and Tree Ln.

All bus stops along D'Onfrio Dr., High Point Rd., and Randolph Dr. will reopen. Buses in the PM will be using a "turnaround" via Mineral Point Rd., Randolph Dr. and Westward Way to avoid the left turn from High Point Rd. onto Mineral Point Rd.

Route 67 will not be able to serve Ganser Way, or Mineral Point Rd. west of the D'onfrio Dr/Randolph Dr. intersection. Buses will be detoured to D'Onfrio Dr.

Passengers are directed to the stop on D'Onfrio Dr at Mineral Point Rd (# 6440).

These detours will remain in effect until the project's completion, which is expected in the middle of October.
